Brad Bertrand, MBA, President
Brad Bertrand has over 30 years of experience in the insurance services industry. He specializes in developing retirement income and estate preservation for individuals who are approaching retirement or are already retired.
Brad has a valuable, in-depth understanding of the financial challenges that people are facing today. His targeted strategies and solutions help individuals reach their financial goals to ensure financial independence and provide asset protection.
Bringing insight and clarity to complex topics, Brad has hosted over a hundred educational workshops, and has spoken on numerous radio programs and at public forums. He covers topics including retirement planning, employer-sponsored plans and plan rollovers (i.e. 401k, 401a, 403b, 457, TSP, etc.), income and distribution planning, and asset preservation.
Brad earned his MBA degree from the University of Texas and a finance degree, with Summa Cum Laude honors, from Northeastern University.
Rhett Wood has been working in the financial services industry since 2011 and is a junior partner at Bertrand Retirement Solutions. Rhett is an independent insurance agent, and an Investment Advisor Representative, which means he serves his clients as a fiduciary. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Nazarene University, and is currently studying for the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Rhett assists individuals and couples that are approaching retirement or have already retired and is uniquely equipped to help them navigate the many decisions related to receiving Social Security and Federal Employee benefits and Medicare.
Rhett lives on a family ranch in Blanchard, Oklahoma.

Mark Rose is a native of Ardmore, Oklahoma. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The University of Oklahoma. Mark serves his clients in a fiduciary capacity as an Investment Advisor Representative who holds his Series 65 Securities License, specializing in Social Security maximization and retirement planning.
Mark has co-authored three different books ranging from leadership development to creating a practical resource for facilitators and leaders to share the foundational truths of spiritual formation in the Christian faith.
He has been married for 20 years, has two daughters and attends Emmaus Baptist Church in south Oklahoma City. An interesting fact about Mark is during college, he was the OU Men’s Basketball mascot – Top Daug for the 1992-1993 season. He also worked two years in the Semi-pros as Sgt. Slammer for the OKC Calvary basketball team from 1997-1999.
